Business Studio - 5 steps to automate your business

1. Add your digital business information

In Business Studio, you define the information you need for your business, such as your products, services, onboarding forms, and proxies. When defining the information, you can also set up access rights to the information. Some user groups may have no or restricted access to a subset of the information, while others have full access.

2. Set up your revenue models

Antalys has a built-in multi-purpose amounts engine. It is used to set up and maintain prices, costs, commissions, kickbacks and more. You add the type of amounts you need in your business and how they should be calculated.

Hierarchical pricing models are supported for pricing. Hierarchical pricing is a powerful way to define prices at multiple levels, such as a global price list, regional price list, VIP customer list, and even customer-specific prices. The system automatically finds the most relevant price for each customer.

3. Design your business processes

A business process defines how information should be collected, refined and interpreted. The starting point can be a landing page on your public website or started by your staff in Antalys or any other integrated system. The information gathering is often done in steps, where the sources of information vary between external users, other systems and internal users. You can define several different paths in the process, depending on the information gathered and its interpretation.

4. Define digital output and documents templates

Antalys provides an item structure that is used to describe the output to other systems. The item structure is set up to meet the requirements of the receiving systems. It is also possible to create custom item structures.

Document templates can be used to collect information during the information gathering process or to communication information. You add the templates you need for your business, such as price quotes, proposals, agreements, product specifications, and more. Generated documents can of course be used for e-signing, it is all set up in the business process. MS Word and PDF are the two most commonly used file formats today.

5. Add your business logic

In Antalys, you can apply business rules to the information gathering process, as well as to how the data should be refined and interpreted. The business rules are logical expressions similar to those used in spreadsheet applications. Business rules are used, for example, to define valid combinations of different list box values and to add additional questions that are required in certain situations based on previous answers.

Continuous business development

You can make additions, changes, and removals to your business information, business logic, and processes at any time. For example, add new products/services or add new options to the existing ones. Try it out in the protected sandbox environment before releasing it to the public. Antalys has full control over the timeline of how your business changes over time and ensures that the changes you make are handled in a controlled manner for existing data.
